Palette Spirit 7,5 cm

I’ve been using it mostly to smooth frosting on small pastries, and the compact blade gives me way more control than my bigger spatulas ever did. It’s become my go-to for quick decorating jobs.

The 7.5 cm blade is perfect for getting into tight spots on cakes, and it smooths frosting far better than my old offset spatula. Feels solid in the hand, and cleaning up after decorating took no time at all.

I was worried it might be too small, but this little palette knife handles spreading and smoothing on cakes like a dream. The compact size gives me way more control for delicate decorating work than my larger spatulas ever did.
