ملعقة كينيل

The pointed ends finally give me that classic teardrop shape without smearing the mixture all over the bowl. I got the longer handle version and it’s much easier to control the pressure when scooping.

I’ve been fighting with spoons for years to get that classic oval shape, but this one’s longer handle gives me way better control, and the bowl’s curve makes each quenelle slide off cleanly. Even the smaller size works great for perfect little dessert dollops.

The pointed ends come out exactly as they should, and the shorter handle gives me way more control than I expected. It’s made my plating look so much more professional.
