The catcher on this thing is genius — no more zucchini strips flying across the counter. Made a huge bowl of julienne veg for stir fry in maybe five minutes, and the blades cut clean instead of mushing everything. Cleanup's quick too since the catcher pops right off.

Shredded a whole pile of carrots for slaw in maybe two minutes, and the fine julienne strips came out way more even than my knife ever managed. The catcher underneath means no more carrot confetti all over the counter.

The catcher box actually stays put while I grate, which surprised me since my old one slid around. Fine julienne strips come out pretty even for zucchini and firm fruit. Wish the blades were a bit easier to rinse clean, but it's a solid tool for the price.
