I’ve had this knife for about two weeks now and it’s cut through everything from tomatoes to a whole roast without needing a single touch-up. The blade holds its edge surprisingly well and the grip feels secure even when my hands are wet. It’s quickly become the first knife I grab.

After three weeks of daily use, the blade still glides through tomatoes without squishing them, and I’m genuinely impressed by how little effort the carving takes. The ergonomic handle gets a bit slick when my hands are wet, but that’s the only thing I’d nitpick.

The handle fits my hand so naturally that I forget I'm holding it mid-chop, and the blade glides through roasts without any tugging. Carving a turkey last weekend felt almost effortless, which is saying something for a knife I grabbed on a whim.
