The sharp holes cut through the lemon peel like butter, giving me perfect little ribbons for garnishing my cheesecake in seconds. Even the pith stays behind, so the strips are clean and bitter-free every time.

I was a bit skeptical about the precision, but the sharpened hole design cuts those fine citrus strips exactly as described—perfect for garnishing a tart I made this weekend. It feels sturdy and balanced in the hand, and the peel comes off in one clean pass without shredding the pith.

The sharp holes really do the job — I’m getting paper-thin citrus strips in one clean pass, no tearing or pulp. Used it on a lemon for a cheesecake and the curls stayed intact for hours.
