The blade glides through hard cheese without me having to put much pressure on it, and every slice comes out the same thickness. I’ve used it daily for two weeks now and it still feels just as sturdy as the first day.

I’m left-handed and normally hate kitchen gadgets, but this one’s handle feels balanced and the blade glides through a block of Gruyère without tearing it. Slices come out even every time, which makes lunch prep feel oddly satisfying.

Finally a slicer that actually gives me even slices without shredding the cheese. The handle feels solid and comfortable, and I’ve been reaching for it every day since it arrived. Cleanup is a breeze too, which makes it perfect for quick lunches.
