I was skeptical about the narrow blade being too flimsy, but it’s got just the right flex for smoothing frosting on small pastries. The angled offset really helps keep my knuckles clean while working in a bowl, and the handle feels securely balanced even after a full batch of decorating.

The angled tip gets into tight corners of tart pans way better than my old straight spatula, and the narrow blade smooths frosting with real control. Cleanup is quick too, just a rinse and wipe. This one's earned a permanent spot in my utensil drawer.
