It’s long enough that my hand doesn’t cramp halfway through zesting a whole bag of lemons, which is honestly the main reason I grabbed it. The citrus comes off clean in thin strips without digging into the pith, and the triangle shape makes it easy to rest over a bowl.

Zesting a lime over a cocktail used to be a fiddly mess, but this long grater catches everything cleanly and leaves the pith behind. The surface grips the fruit just right, so I don’t have to press hard to get fine, fluffy zest in seconds. It’s become my go-to for lemon pasta too.

The long design is perfect for zesting lemons without scraping my knuckles, and it rinses clean in seconds. I've used it every day since it arrived and the citrus oils come off effortlessly.
