Strouhadlo na citrusovou kůru

The fine teeth on this grater catch the peel exactly where I want it, so I get thin, even strips without any of the bitter white pith. It’s sharp enough that I don’t have to press hard, and cleanup was quick since nothing really stuck to the surface.

I was a bit worried about getting a clean zest without tearing the fruit, but the uniform, controlled strip this grater lifts is exactly what I needed for my lemon cake. The whole process felt precise, no stray pith or bitter bits mixed in.

The fine, sharp grating surface glides over the lemon peel without catching on the pith, and the strips come off perfectly even every time. Cleanup takes seconds since nothing gets stuck in the teeth, which is a huge win for me.
