Østersåbner med nittet træhåndtag

The double-sided edge cuts through stubborn shells cleanly on the first try, and the riveted wood handle gives a secure grip even when my hands are wet. Feels solid and well-balanced, exactly what you want from a tool made in Germany.

The hand guard is a lifesaver—I used to wrap towels around my hand, but this thing lets me shuck a dozen oysters without a single slip. The blade came razor sharp on both sides and popped the first shell open like it was nothing. Solid, heavy feel in the hand that makes you trust it instantly.

The riveted wooden handle sits perfectly in my palm, and the double-ground blade pops even stubborn oysters cleanly without slipping. Hand guard does its job quietly, and the whole thing feels like it’ll outlive me.
