Ergonomisk fjerkræsaks

The spring mechanism is stiff enough to cut through chicken bones without slipping, yet it doesn't tire my hand after prepping a whole bird. I also appreciate that it locks securely for drawer storage, and the fact that it survives the dishwasher makes cleanup effortless.

The lock actually holds the blades shut firmly, so I can toss it in the drawer without worrying about it opening on my fingers. Cut through a whole chicken in minutes, and the handle feels surprisingly comfortable even for my smaller hands. Went straight into the dishwasher after and came out spotle

The spring mechanism makes cutting through chicken joints feel almost effortless, and I love that the whole thing goes straight into the dishwasher afterward. The safety lock clicks shut firmly, so I can toss it in the drawer without worrying about it snapping open.
