Konfettiudstikker blomst

The triangle shape gives these cutters a nice grip, so pressing down on thicker dough doesn't hurt my fingers, and the flower details come out crisp every time. I've been using them for fruit salads and smoothie toppings, and the clean edges really make the little blossoms pop.

The triangle shape is a clever twist—it makes the flower petals come out sharper than any round cutter I've used. I've been dropping them on salads and smoothie bowls all week, and they hold their detail even in thicker textures.

My daughter and I made flower-shaped confetti out of cucumber slices for her lunchbox, and the fine detail on the stamens actually held up instead of crumbling like I feared. They punched cleanly through both soft fruit and firmer veg, which is more than I can say for my old round cutters.
