Kugelformer oval fra triangle

The blade glides through a firm apple like it's butter, and the oval shape gives my fruit salads a proper professional look. My melon balls actually come out uniform for once.

I’ve been using it to scoop chilled butter for shaped garnishes, and the oval cut comes out perfectly clean every time. The stainless steel feels solid, and knowing it’s made in Solingen gives me confidence it’ll last. This is my new favorite tool for plating.

The blades slice through a firm apple so cleanly the ovals come out glossy, no crushing or tearing. I use it mostly on cucumber for garnishes and it makes the prep look like it came from a pro kitchen, though the handles do need a bit of grip to work fast.
