Palet Classic 14 cm fra triangle Solingen. Made in Germany

I've been using it daily for pastry work and the tapered, springy tip gives me way more control when spreading and smoothing than my old stiff spatula. The matte brushed finish also cleans up easily without staining. Comfortable grip, even with wet hands.

The riveted ABS handle feels solid even with wet hands, and the brushed finish hasn’t picked up a single scratch after a week of heavy use. The flex at the tip is exactly what I needed for spreading thin layers evenly—it’s become my go-to tool.

The riveted ABS handle gives a secure grip even when my hands get a bit oily from prepping, and the blade's springy flex makes spreading frosting feel effortless. It's my go-to now for any precise finishing work.
