The etching on these blades is genuinely razor-sharp, not marketing talk—it glides through tomatoes without squishing a single seed. The stand feels solid and the no-slip nubs keep it planted even on my damp counter.

The anti-slip base with its little recessed well is a game changer—the grater stays put even on my slightly warped counter. The etching makes it so sharp that tomatoes barely need any pressure, which is a relief after my old box grater bruised everything.

The stand with its non-slip nubs keeps the grater rock-steady even when I'm pressing down hard, and the etched edge slices through tomatoes like butter. I've had cheaper graters that wobble and dull fast, this one feels built for years of use.
