Hulske

Used it twice already, once for skimming stock and once to plate pasta, and the brushed stainless finish looks great even after hitting the dishwasher. The handle is long enough to reach into a deep pot without my hand getting steamed.

The hook on the handle is a lifesaver—I just hang it right above the stove, so it's always within reach when a pot starts boiling over. Cleans up perfectly in the dishwasher after skimming stock, no staining or rust spots so far.

The brushed 18/10 stainless steel looks almost too nice for a skimmer, but it's sturdy and the hook makes hanging it by the stove effortless. Cleaned up perfectly in the dishwasher after a heavy stock-making session.
