Sichelkniv S Skærekniv fra triangle

The curved blade slices through a carrot with almost no resistance, and the rigid edge holds its line beautifully for fine detail work. I've used it for three weeks straight on everything from radish roses to cucumber fans, and the Solingen steel hasn't needed a single touch-up.

The grip feels perfectly balanced in my hand, and the rigid curve makes peeling apple skins into one continuous ribbon almost effortless. I've been using it non-stop for garnishes and it holds its edge like a dream.

The curved blade glides through a carrot like butter, and the rigid steel holds its edge after a dozen uses. I’ve peeled, scooped, and carved with it all week, and it hasn’t slipped once. For a small knife, it’s surprisingly sturdy in the hand.
