I was honestly surprised by how much easier rinsing quinoa has become—the flat shape lets me shake it right over the sink without any splashing. It slips into my crowded drawer between the baking sheets without taking up vertical space, which is a huge win for my tiny kitchen.

I keep it on a hook right by my cutting board now since the flat shape slides into any gap, and it handles rinsing berries without everything falling through the bottom. Strained pasta water drains fast and clean, which is exactly what I needed.
