Finally, a pair of scissors that actually strips rosemary needles off the stem in one pass instead of crushing them. I've used it on thyme and sage all week, and the fact that it snaps apart for cleanup has saved me from the usual herb-gunk scrubbing.

The fact that it comes apart for cleaning is the real selling point for me—no more dried herb bits stuck in the hinges. Works great for stripping rosemary leaves off the stem, and the whole thing rinses clean in seconds.

The disassembly feature is a lifesaver—I can actually get thyme leaves off without shredding them, and rinsing the two pieces takes seconds. Rosemary stalks that used to dull my old knife go through cleanly every time.
