Cutting through a thick wedge of aged gouda felt almost effortless, the blade gliding cleanly without shredding the crumbly edges. I've used it four times this week for dinner boards and it still feels as sturdy as day one.

The handle sits perfectly in my palm and gives me full control, so even the thinnest slices come out even every time. I've reached for it every day since it arrived, and cleaning it takes seconds.

Finally, a cheese cutter that actually works like it should. The blade glides through even hard cheeses with zero crumbling, and the wire tension makes slicing paper-thin pieces effortless. My cheese board prep went from a chore to genuinely enjoyable.
