Paletti Sense, luumupuinen kahva

The flex in this palette knife is just right for flipping delicate fish without breaking it, and the plum wood handle gives a surprisingly secure grip even with wet hands. Arrived sharp and clean from Solingen, exactly what I hoped for.

The handle's plum wood feels warm and solid in my hand, and the flexible blade flips delicate fish fillets without breaking them. It's clearly built to last, and knowing it's FSC-certified and made in Solingen adds to the confidence.

The wood grain on the handle is gorgeous, and it’s so well-balanced that flipping a heavy roast feels effortless. I’ve used it every day since it arrived and the flexible blade still flexes perfectly.
