The little catcher box actually works — I grated carrots for a salad and nothing ended up on the counter. Cleanup took maybe ten seconds since the whole thing comes apart.

Grated a whole block of parmesan for pasta night and barely any of it ended up on the counter, which never happens with my old box grater. The fine holes give you that fluffy pile you want for topping, and the catcher just slides right off to dump. Honestly the tidiest grating I've done in years.

The little catcher box is the reason I stopped dreading grating carrots for salad — no more orange shreds all over the counter. Cleanup takes seconds since everything just lifts out.
