Karkea raastin

The photo-etched teeth are seriously sharp — I grated a whole block of cheese in under two minutes without any effort. The rubber noppen on the base keep it planted firmly on the counter, which is a relief since my old grater used to slide all over the place.

I’m still amazed at how effortlessly it glides through a block of Parmesan – the photo-etched blades are genuinely the sharpest I’ve had in my kitchen. The base with its rubber nubs stays put even on my slightly damp counter, which makes the whole grating job feel safer.

I was skeptical a grater could be this sharp, but the photo-etching makes cheese and ginger effortless. The stand's recessed holder keeps everything steady without sliding around, and cleanup took seconds.
