Honestly surprised how precise the smaller ones are – the wavy edge lets me carve tiny flower petals that actually hold their shape. Feels well-balanced in the hand, too.

The wavy edge on this carving knife cuts through apple skin like butter, and I love how the smaller diameter lets me carve those tiny petal details without splitting the fruit. Perfect for making my fruit platters look fancy for guests.

The smaller size of this one makes those fine ornamental edges a real pleasure to carve—I did tiny flower petals on a radish and the wavy outline stayed perfectly crisp. It's lighter than I expected, so my hand didn't tire even after a longer session.
