Veistosveitsisarja Special, 8-osainen, triangle

The handles feel perfectly balanced in my hand, making those fine detail cuts on radishes and carrots so much easier. This 8-piece set covers everything I need for garnishing, and the knives hold their edge through a whole prep session.

The curved blade on the largest knife is perfect for hollowing out squash and making quick work of decorative cuts. Everything fits snugly in the storage case, so it's an easy grab when I'm prepping for a dinner party.

The V-gouge cuts clean grooves into carrot spirals without any tearing, which is exactly what I needed for quick garnishes. Even after a dozen apples, the blades hold their edge beautifully.
