Pulled the two halves apart after prepping a whole roast chicken and rinsed them under the tap — the micro-serration still grabs herbs and meat without slipping, and they click back together with zero fuss. Dishwasher's run them twice already, no rust or loosening.

The micro-serration grips chicken skin without any slippery sliding, and being able to snap the two halves apart makes cleaning out the hinge a total breeze. I just toss them in the dishwasher and they come out spotless, no rust or dullness after a month of daily use.

Finally, a kitchen scissors that doesn't slip when I'm cutting through slippery fish fillets—the micro-serration really holds. Being able to pop the two halves apart for a proper wash in the dishwasher is a game-changer.
