Raschiatore grande in silicone Spirit

The silicone coating is so flexible it hugs the curves of my pots perfectly, and the thick plastic core gives it just enough stiffness to scrape every bit of dough out without bending. Cleanup is a quick wipe, which makes baking feel less like a chore.

The handle feels rock-solid in my hand, and the silicone edge bends just right to scrape every last bit of dough out of the mixing bowl without scratching the bottom. I’ve used it for batter and thick cookie dough, and it hasn’t warped or slipped once.

I was skeptical about the asymmetrical shape at first, but it gets into the corners of my mixing bowls way better than any straight spatula I've owned. The silicone coating is soft enough to fold batter gently, yet the plastic core keeps it from bending backwards when I'm scraping thick dough.
