Took it straight from the restaurant kitchen to my toast, and honestly, the wide blade makes buttering a whole slice in one swoop feel almost unfair. It's surprisingly light in the hand, and knowing it's forged in Solingen gives me that little extra confidence every time I use it.

The blade flexes just right for scraping the last bit of butter out of the jar without bending at the handle. Feels solid and well-balanced, exactly what you'd expect from a proper Solingen piece.

This is my third butter knife of this kind and the wide, flexible blade from Solingen is exactly what I hoped for. Spreading cold butter on fresh bread without tearing it is finally effortless.
