The triangular shape makes neat little butter nocks that sit perfectly on a platter, and the Solingen steel feels solid in the hand. My dinner guests kept asking where I got it, so it’s already earning its keep.

Got it to make perfect butter curls straight from the fridge, and the sharp edges in Solingen steel hold their edge after dozens of uses. Guests actually pause to admire the little nocks on the buffet plate, which makes the extra minute worth it.

The little triangle cuts through cold butter like it's nothing, and the curls come out perfectly uniform every time. It's clearly built to last too, being made in Solingen.
