プロフェッショナル コンフィズリーパレット

The straight version sits perfectly flat on my counter, which makes dipping and polishing a breeze. You can tell the steel is proper quality from the way it holds its edge after weeks of use.

I’ve been using the angled palette for a few weeks now and the bent design feels much more natural for spreading chocolate evenly. The steel is solid and the edge stays sharp—no flexing or warping even with heavy pressure. It’s a proper tool, you can tell it was made in Solingen.

The straight palette is rigid and precise, exactly what I needed for tempering. The German craftsmanship really shows in the smooth, even surface—no warping even after heavy use.
