極細千切りカッター

I was a bit skeptical about how thin it could actually cut, but these 1.5 mm strips come out perfectly even every time. Tossed it in the dishwasher after prepping a big batch of carrots and it came out spotless, no rust spots at all.

The blade is razor sharp and the 1.5 mm strips are perfect for a delicate garnish, though I was surprised how effortlessly it handled a firm carrot. Cleanup is a breeze since I can just toss it in the dishwasher without worrying about rust.

The 1.5 mm julienne strips come out so uniform that my stir-fries finally look like they came from a restaurant. I’ve thrown it in the dishwasher twice now and it’s still just as sharp, which is honestly more than I expected from a veggie slicer.
