The scoop portion makes portioning cookie dough so much faster, and every ball comes out the same size, which my baking has never managed before. Cleanup is a quick rinse since nothing really sticks to it.

I've been rolling meatballs by hand for years and they always came out lopsided, but this thing makes them perfectly round in seconds. The uniform size actually helps them cook evenly too, no more burnt edges on the smaller ones.

Making dumplings for soup used to mean uneven blobs that cooked at different rates. This former keeps them consistently round, and the non-stick surface means they slide right out without tearing. My last batch came out uniform enough to actually look intentional.
