果物・野菜用カービングナイフ F | triangle

The rectangular blade shape makes cutting those little stick-petal garnishes almost too easy—I got clean, sharp edges right out of the box. Even the finer cuts hold their shape beautifully, which is exactly what I needed for my fruit platters.

The narrow profile of this carving knife is perfect for pushing through firm apple flesh to get clean, straight-edged petals without crushing the fruit. It’s surprisingly easy to control for such a small tool, and the cuts come out crisp every time.

I was skeptical whether the rectangular shape would be easy to control, but the small diameter actually makes cutting those fine, stäbchenförmige petals a breeze. It’s become my go-to for garnishes, and the crisp lines on my ornaments are way cleaner than with my old paring knife.
