Swapped out the blade for the first time today—took about ten seconds, no tools needed. This peeler strips paper-thin layers off carrots without wasting a gram, exactly what I wanted for my prep work.

The blade is razor-thin and glides through carrots without wasting a single millimeter, which is exactly what I needed for meal prep. Swapping out the blade looks simple enough too, so this should last me years.

I've had this peeler for three weeks now and it's already replaced every other one in my drawer. The blade is replaceable, which means I won't have to toss the whole tool when it dulls—and it's made in Solingen, so you can feel the quality the second you pick it up.
