I was a bit skeptical about the mesh being fine enough for cocoa dusting, but it distributes perfectly without clumping. Tossed it in the dishwasher after baking and it came out spotless, no rust spots at all.

The fine mesh catches every last tea leaf, even the tiny bits that usually slip through my old strainer. Works just as well for dusting cocoa over a cappuccino, and it was spotless after one cycle in the dishwasher.
