Kokmes uit Solingen

Bought this as a gift for my dad who’s a serious home cook, and he immediately commented on how perfectly balanced it feels in the hand. The blade glides through onions and tomatoes without any crushing, and knowing it’s fully made in Germany gives me confidence in the craftsmanship.

Sharp right out of the box, and the balance feels perfect in my hand for everyday slicing. You can tell the craftsmanship is solid with that full Solingen steel, and it holds its edge through a whole week of meal prep without needing a touch-up.

Took it straight out of the box and it glided through a ripe tomato without any squish—the blade is razor-sharp right away, and knowing it’s fully forged in Germany gives me confidence it’ll hold up for years.
