Schlingenmesser fra triangle

The hardened stainless steel kept its edge perfectly through a whole afternoon of carving radish flowers, and the handle stayed comfortable even after my hands got wet. It’s not something I’d use daily, but for a special dinner centerpiece, it really delivers.

The curved blade glides through a watermelon like butter, and the hardened stainless steel keeps its edge even after hours of use. I've been making little animal shapes for my kids' lunches and the precision you get for something this small is genuinely impressive.
