Schnitzmesser F for frukt og grønnsaker | fra triangle

The tiny diameter of this tool is perfect for carving those fine, square-edged petals without splitting the fruit. I’ve already used it on a few apples for a platter, and the clean cuts made the ornaments look surprisingly crisp.

I was skeptical about getting precise cuts with a rectangular blade, but the narrow diameter makes it surprisingly easy to carve those tiny stick-shaped petals for my fruit platters. Works exactly as described for angular ornaments, though it takes a steady hand at first.

The rectangular blade shape makes clean, sharp cuts for those tiny flower petals without crushing the fruit. I’ve used it on carrots and apples and the edges stay crisp, not ragged. Great little tool for detail work.
