Trøffelhøvel finhøvel Sense med trehåndtak

The infinitely adjustable blade is a game changer—I can go from paper-thin truffle slices to a slightly thicker cut without swapping tools. The plum wood handle is comfortable for longer prepping sessions, and it's genuinely nice knowing it's crafted in Germany.

The plum wood handle feels warm and solid in my hand, and the adjustment wheel clicks smoothly from paper-thin truffle slices to a slightly thicker cut. I’ve used it three times already and it’s still razor sharp, which honestly surprised me for the price.

I was skeptical about the infinitely adjustable thickness being a gimmick, but it really does go from paper-thin truffle slices to a decent medium cut without any fiddling. The plum wood handle feels warm and solid in the hand, and knowing it's made in Germany gives me confidence it'll last.
