Took me a while to find a peeler that actually handles grapefruit without turning it to mush, and this one does the job cleanly. The triangle blade cuts through the skin in one smooth pass, and the Solingen steel feels solid enough to last years. My mornings are noticeably less messy now.

Wish I’d found this triangular peeler years ago—the Solingen steel is ridiculously sharp, and it gets the pith off grapefruits without turning the flesh into mush. Easily the best kitchen tool I’ve bought all year.
