Schnitzmesser-Set Professional, 8-tlg. von triangle

The blade held its edge through an entire evening of carving a roast, and the hardened steel feels reassuringly solid in hand. The set covers every cut I needed without a single dull moment.

The blades came pre-sharpened to a scary level, and after a full Sunday of carving, they still glide through roasts like butter. The set’s eight pieces cover every cut I need, and the stainless steel wiped clean without a single spot.

The hardened steel holds an edge beautifully through a whole evening of carving, and the set covers every cut I need without swapping tools constantly. The handles sit comfortable in my palm even after two hours of intricate work, which surprised me for a kit this size.
