triangle knives from Solingen Germany

The blade edge arrived razor-sharp and held that edge through a whole evening of prepping herbs and veggies without any noticeable dulling. For the price, the balance and precision feel like something you'd expect from a far more expensive set.

The chef’s knife arrived beautifully balanced and the handle feels secure even when my hands are a bit greasy from cooking. I’ve used it daily for two weeks now and it still glides through onions like the first day. Shipping from the manufacturer was quick and the packaging was solid.

The edge on the mincing knife held up through a full afternoon of prepping herbs and vegetables without needing a single pass on the steel. Balance feels spot-on, heavy enough to do the work but not tiring. Definitely glad I ordered straight from the maker.
