Espiral de batata / Curler pequeno

Took me a minute to get the hang of the corkscrew motion, but once I did, it sliced through a beet like butter. The spirals came out so thin and flexible, they curled right onto the plate without breaking. Definitely my new favorite way to dress up a simple carrot salad.

My kids actually fought over who got to spiral the carrots first—it's that fun to use. The corkscrew action bites into raw beetroot cleanly, and the spirals come off thin enough to fry up crispy in minutes.
