Konfektyrspatel Classic Wood

The wooden handle gives me a solid grip even when my hands are a bit greasy from buttercream, and the flexible blade glides smoothly over a torte without tearing the sponge. It’s become my go-to for getting clean, exact edges on layered cakes.

Finally, a palette that actually gets into the tight corners of my torte without bending. The flexible blade glides through cream cheese frosting and holds its shape perfectly, even when I’m spreading the last few crumbs. The wooden handle feels warm in my hand, and cleanup takes seconds.

The wood feels sturdy and well-balanced in my hand, and it spreads buttercream across a torte with almost no drag. I've used it for both filling and finishing, and the flexible edge makes precise corners surprisingly easy. Exactly what I needed for cleaner plating.
