Reservtrådar för ostlyra

Swapped in a fresh wire this morning and the difference was instant — no more ragged edges on my cheddar, just clean even slices straight down. They feel sturdy enough to last a good while too.

I put off swapping these out for months, and now I'm annoyed I waited so long. The wires pull taut without any slack, so even soft brie comes away in clean slices instead of smearing. Two minutes to change and the lyre cuts like new again.

These fit my cheese lyre perfectly and the wire tension stays tight even after several weeks of cutting. I slice a lot of gouda and cheddar, and these give me clean, smooth cuts without any snapping.
