Fiskpalett och sparrislyftare

This thing is built like a tank, the brushed steel feels so solid in my hand and it’s already been through the dishwasher twice without a single spot. Flipping a whole salmon fillet with the triangle shape is shockingly easy, and it makes a perfect serving tool for asparagus too.

Finally, a fish server that actually looks good on the table and cleans up without a fuss—the brushed steel hides fingerprints way better than my old polished one. The triangle shape grips a whole fillet surprisingly well, and it’s sturdy enough to lift asparagus spears without bending.

Finally, a proper tool for lifting asparagus out of the pan without it slipping apart—the wide, slotted head does the job perfectly. The 18/10 steel feels solid and heavy, and it’s held up fine in the dishwasher after three uses so far.
