Gaffel och räfflad skruv för ostskärare 113 14

Was slightly worried the knurled screw wouldn’t match my newer triangle cutter, but it threads on perfectly and the fork tip locks in place without any wobble. The stainless steel feels solid, not flimsy like the last spare I tried.

The fork tip fits snugly into the guide hole and the knurled screw tightened up without any wobble, so the wire stays drum-tight now. My old Käseschneider is slicing through hard cheese like it's brand new again.

The knurled screw threads in perfectly and holds the wire taut again—my old one had stripped completely. The fork tip feels solid and matches the newer model exactly, so no fiddling needed to get it seated.
