Grillspett i mässing med djurmotiv

I was worried the brass would get too hot to hold, but the handle stays surprisingly cool even after twenty minutes over the coals. The little carved animal at the top is a fun detail that makes these easy to spot in a crowded grill basket.

The animal motif on the handle makes these stand out from my plain metal skewers, and guests always ask about them. They grip food well without spinning, which was my main gripe with the cheap ones I had before.

The brass feels solid and heavier than my old steel skewers, which kept things steady on the grate. The animal carving is a fun detail that got a few comments at our last cookout.
