Konstfull tvålsnideri av A. Neumayer

The step-by-step photos are laid out so clearly that I finished my first rose in one sitting, and the book stays open flat on the table while I work — a small thing, but it makes carving so much easier. Perfect for anyone who likes hands-on, quiet crafts.

I’ve been struggling to get the petals to look natural, but working through these illustrated steps, each one builds on the last so you actually see the progress. The pictures are big enough to follow without squinting, and I’ve already finished two roses that don’t look half bad.

The step-by-step photos are so clear that my first flower actually looked like a flower, not a sad lump. I've already worked through three of the projects and my carving knife control has improved noticeably.
