Hålslev med fina hål

The brushed 18/10 steel feels solid in the hand, and those fine holes strain everything from stock foam to tiny peppercorns without clogging. It’s gone straight from the pot into the dishwasher twice already, still looks brand new.

The fine holes really do the job when I’m skimming stock—broth comes out clear instead of cloudy. Handle feels sturdy in my hand, and it went through the dishwasher without a single spot. Just wish I’d bought it sooner.
